I Would Describe Myself As

I was born again 4-8‐82, served God faithfully for seven yrs, married, had 3 children, relapsed, spent 5 yrs in prison. I rededicated my life to God in while in prison. I paroled, unfortunately 3.5 yrs later I relapsed again. At the time in my life I still hadn't learned the life skills necessary to cope with stress and struggles. I chose an antisocial lifestyle that ended up costing me a life-sentence in prison. In 2011 I rededicated my life to the Lord, in 2016 I started working on myself, figuring things out, answering the wĥy questions. I attended self-help groups, enrolled in T.U.M.I : The Urban Ministry Institute. I've participated in A.A./ N.A. groups,and recently completed training for peer support specialist, which is the typof career I'm pursuing. By the Grace of God I recently paroled in march after serving 26 yrs. Today I am enjoying my freedom, children, grand-children, and 3 great grand-children.
